This Privacy Policy explains how Dreavi ('we', 'us', 'our') collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our Dream Achieving Platform platform at dreavi.com and associated services (collectively, the 'Service').

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials when you create an account.
• Dream & Execution Data: Dreams you define, milestones, projects, tasks, completion logs, journal entries, and mentor conversations you create within the platform.
• Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, browser type, operating system, and IP address.
• Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment processing is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
• Communication Data: Messages you send to our support team via email or the contact form.

We use your information for the following purposes:

• To provide and operate the Dream Achieving Platform, including generating personalized roadmaps, daily tasks, and AI mentor responses.
• To maintain and improve the platform's performance, reliability, and features.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails such as account verification, password resets, and execution reminders.
• To analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the product. We use Google Analytics for this purpose.
• To respond to your support requests and communications.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

Dreavi uses artificial intelligence to generate your execution roadmap, daily tasks, and mentor responses. Here is how your data interacts with AI systems:

• Your dream description, milestones, and task data are processed by AI models to generate personalized execution plans.
• Mentor conversations are processed in real-time to provide context-aware guidance.
• We use third-party AI providers (including Google and OpenAI) to power these features. Your data is sent to these providers solely for processing your requests.
• We do not use your personal data to train AI models. Your dreams and execution data are not used to improve general-purpose AI systems.
• AI-generated content (roadmaps, tasks, mentor responses) is provided as structured guidance, not professional advice.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers. We share data with third parties only in the following circumstances:

• Infrastructure Providers: Google Cloud Platform (hosting, AI processing), Neon (database), Vercel (frontend hosting), and Upstash (caching) are used to operate the Service.
• Payment Processing: Razorpay processes payments on our behalf. Your payment data is subject to Razorpay's privacy policy.
• Email Services: Resend handles transactional emails on our behalf.
• Analytics: Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data to help us understand how the platform is used.
• Error Monitoring: Sentry captures error reports to help us fix bugs. These reports may include technical context but not your dream content.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential Cookies: Required for authentication, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics uses cookies to collect anonymized usage data. You can opt out by using browser extensions or adjusting your cookie preferences.

We do not use advertising cookies or retargeting pixels.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL.
• Sensitive data is encrypted at rest in our database.
• Authentication is handled via secure protocols (OAuth, JWT).
• Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel.

• Active Accounts: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active.
• Deleted Accounts: When you delete your account, your personal data and dream content are permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. Anonymized, aggregate data may be retained for analytical purposes.
• Backups: Data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion.
• Legal Obligations: We may retain certain data longer if required by law.

Dreavi's infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the Asia-Southeast region (Singapore). If you access Dreavi from outside this region, your data may be transferred across borders.

We ensure that all data transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and that our infrastructure providers maintain appropriate security certifications.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data. You can delete your account from Settings > Data Controls.
• Export: Download your data in JSON format from Settings > Data Controls.
• Objection: Object to certain processing of your data.
• Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your data in certain circumstances.

Dreavi is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@dreavi.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending you an email notification.

Your continued use of Dreavi after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
