Welcome to Dreavi. These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the Dreavi platform, including our website at dreavi.com, the Dream Achieving Platform, AI Mentor, and all related services (collectively, the 'Service').

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To use Dreavi, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@dreavi.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

Dreavi is a Dream Achieving Platform — an AI-powered platform that converts your ambitions into structured, executable daily action plans. The Service includes:

• Dream Clarification: AI-assisted refinement of your goals into actionable roadmaps.
• Execution Engine: Automated daily task generation, scheduling, and adaptive planning.
• AI Mentor: Context-aware guidance based on your dream, progress, and current state.
• Progress Tracking: Milestone tracking, execution scores, and momentum visualization.
• Learning Sessions: Just-in-time learning integrated into your task workflow.

The Service is provided as a tool to support your execution. Dreavi does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Your progress depends on your own actions and decisions.

You retain full ownership of all content you create within Dreavi, including your dreams, journal entries, notes, and mentor conversations ('User Content').

By using the Service, you grant Dreavi a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.

We will never sell, license, or distribute your User Content to third parties.

Dreavi uses AI to generate roadmaps, tasks, mentor responses, and learning content ('AI Content'). You should understand that:

• AI Content is generated guidance, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
• AI Content may occasionally contain inaccuracies or errors. You should independently verify information when making important decisions.
• You may use AI Content generated for you for personal purposes. Dreavi retains no ownership claim over AI Content generated specifically for your execution plans.
• We continuously improve our AI systems, but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI Content for any specific purpose.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable burden on the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other individuals.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Use the AI Mentor to generate content that is harmful, illegal, or violates third-party rights.

Dreavi offers both free and paid subscription plans.

• Free Plan: Access to core features with usage limits as described on our pricing page.
• Paid Plans: Enhanced features, higher usage limits, and priority support as described on our pricing page.
• Billing: Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment is processed by Razorpay.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price Changes: We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Currency: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, branding, documentation, and AI models, is the intellectual property of Dreavi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our explicit written permission.

The Dreavi name, logo, and associated trademarks are our property. You may not use them without prior written consent.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dreavi and its founders, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dreavi in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dreavi, its founders, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable law.
• Your use of the Service poses a security risk or may cause harm to other users.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period (we will notify you before taking action).
• We are required to do so by law or regulation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support@dreavi.com.

If you have a dispute with Dreavi, we encourage you to contact us at support@dreavi.com to seek an informal resolution first.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and held in India.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings that are not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page and notify you via email or through the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Dreavi regarding your use of the Service.
